In a workshop with HR we are taking a deep dive into your HR processes to make sure they become family positive (starting from inclusive job descriptions to processes for talent retention).

In a culture change workshop with your team, it's about letting your team have their say so that they feel seen and heard. We then incorporate their opinions to the strategy of becoming a family positive start-up.
