What if every day brought a new threat that you could lose everything? There are uncountable women living in conflict all over the world; Julia Leeb has made a career of trying to tell their stories.
#JuliaLeeb is a VR journalist, filmmaker and author whose photographs and films of women in countries like Afghanistan, North Korea, Sudan, Libya and Syria have been published around the world.
In this episode, she talks to MyCollective founder #RicardaEngelmeier about what these journeys have taught her. She’s found that when times get tough, women step up. "Who is really taking care of everyday life?” she asks. "They never sit on the negotiating tables. The story of these people should be visible because they are my hope."
